1. Domestic California Shipping

All Seoul Dews skincare rituals are stocked and verified at our Southern California fulfillment center. We never dropship from overseas, guaranteeing transit times of 2–4 business days anywhere in the continental United States.

2. 30-Day Unopened Returns

We want you to be completely delighted with your Korean glass skin ritual. If you change your mind, you may return any unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method.

To initiate an unopened return, simply email support@seouldews.com with your order number. Our California care team will issue your complimentary prepaid USPS return label and return authorization instructions.

3. Opened Products: Skin Sensitivity Guarantee

Due to cosmetic hygiene regulations and consumer safety laws, opened skincare items cannot be restocked or resold once the factory seal is broken. However, because skincare is personal, we offer a First-Time Skin Sensitivity Courtesy Refund:

• One-Time Courtesy per Household: This policy applies exclusively to first-time purchases of a formula. Repeat orders of the same item or bulk trial orders are ineligible. • Verification Required: To prevent fraud, requests must include a photo of the product container showing the bottom batch/lot code, along with a brief description of the skin reaction experienced. • No Need to Ship Back (Returnless): For eligible single opened items under $75, you do not need to ship the opened container back. You may gift the product or dispose of it responsibly. • Routine Kits & High-Value Orders: Orders over $75 or full 3-step kits require returning the remaining unopened kit items to our California center. • Fair Use Policy: Seoul Dews reserves the right to decline returnless refund claims where repeat abuse, false claims, or automated fraud patterns are detected.
